- Your Pay Stubs and W2 Statements are updated electronically on the ADP Employee Self-Service Portal, which you can access by installing the ADP Mobile Solutions app on your smartphone. Newly hired or those who have not yet received their first pay stub should wait till the next pay date (Thursday) to collect the Pay Stub and then complete the registration process to access the portal.

- Then provide your email address and active phone number as primary contact information in the “Contact Info” step. Because your account activation code will come to this email address, and important notifications will also come to this phone number.
- As soon as you get to the “Create Account” option, you will get a User ID, and it is good to note it down because you have to Sign in to the portal using this User ID. Then create your password using the two input boxes below and follow the instructions. Pay cautious attention to the structure of the password: 8-64 characters long, consisting of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
