Tenet Healthcare Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliates’ physicians can access the eTenet Physician Portal. Tenet Healthcare is a well-known healthcare services provider founded in the USA in 1995. The company operates at least 80 acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, and more than 200 outpatients’ centers through its subsidiary and affiliates. As Tenet or its subsidiary and affiliated physician, you can access the physician portal in the following ways-
You will be required to enter the following information during registration time at eTenet portal-
1. Your social security number (only the last four digits)
2. Your date of birth
3. An email address (valid and non-tenet)
4. UPIN (unique physician identification number). The ID number has been sent to your email address that was submitted to your department.
5. An unique ID that provided during registration

If you are a physician at Creighton University, Saint Joseph Hospital, Encino Tarzana regional medical center, non-medical staff, or referring physician, you should request with access form. The access form is available both online and in your department or hospital. To order online, click here.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email that shows you have been added to the system and can now register on eTenet. It will also offer a unique ID number and registration link. Complete the registration process with the required information. Once complete, you will receive an email that your request has been processed and is ready to review.
If you are an employee of Tenet or an affiliates employee, you will receive nine digits unique ID to complete the registration process from your Human Resource. If you have, click on the New User Registration link. It is six steps registration process where you will be required to enter your personal information with nine digits ID, confirm your Identity, confirm your eTenet identity, establish a password and provide an answer to a few security questions.
