As an employee of Firehouse Subs, you have the convenience of accessing your pay stubs and W2s online through AlphaStaff’s HR solutions system. Follow these simple steps to access your Firehouse Subs pay stubs and W2s.

Step 1: Logging into the Prism HR Employee Portal

  • Go to alp-ep.prismhr.com/.
  • Enter your existing EMPLOYEE username and password to log in. If you are locked out, click “Forgot Password?” and enter your Username to unlock your account and receive a password reset link via email. Step 2: Registering as a First-Time User

  • If you are accessing the Prism HR Employee Portal for the first time, click “Register” at the bottom of the page.
  • Fill in the required information, ensuring it matches the details in the payroll system.
  • Once you’ve provided the necessary information, click on “Register” to complete the registration process.

Step 3: Viewing Pay Stubs

  • Once you are logged in, navigate to the dashboard’s left menu and click “Pay.”
  • Select the paycheck you wish to view from the list. A Summary screen will appear, displaying the details of the selected paycheck.
  • For a more detailed view, click “View Check” to access the paycheck in PDF format, including year-to-date wages and earnings.

Step 4: Accessing W-2s Electronically

  • From the left menu of the dashboard, click on “Taxes.”
  • Next, select “W-2” to view your W-2 information.
  • At the top of the “W2” screen, you will see a yellow box indicating that you are not registered for the eW2 program.
  • Scroll down to the “Early W-2 Election” section at the end of the screen, and check the box to give AlphaStaff consent to deliver your W-2 electronically.
  • Click on “Enroll” to complete the process.
  • After enrolling, select the desired year and click the download icon to access and save your electronic W-2.
