Wal-Mart encourages all associates (Wal-Mart Labs, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart eCommerce) to contribute electronic payroll program. It is easy, fast, and accessible from anywhere. If you are working at least one payment cycle and one payment has issued by Wal-Mart, you may be to set up a pay stub portal account. Paystub portal requires a few of information such as-
Full date of birth
Nine digits Wal-Mart employee ID number
Four digits facility number
Once you have the required information, and once payment is processed by Wal-Mart, you may be able to access your pay stub online, at Wal-Mart stores via FD300, phone, and text messages. At online and via FD300 you will print directly, but you will receive a payroll summary only by text message and request for fax copy by phone.

Login with the date of birth, Wal-Mart ID, facility ID and PIN number, Click Sign In
If you are a new employee, you must set up and establish a PIN number of your choice. To set an account, click on the “First visit? Register Now” link.
Enter your date of birth in MMDDYY format, 09 digits Wal-Mart ID and 04 digits PIN number, click Submit. If you don’t know your 9 digits WAL-Mart ID number, you may use your hire of date to set up an account or contact your personnel office for assistance.
In the next steps, established a new PIN and sign in again.
Once sing in click on the “View Pay Stubs” tab. Pay stubs are listed by paycheck date order.
Email and Text messages
You will receive email and text messages alert if you have set up Email and Text messages setup. To set up, log in your account and go to the “Email and Text Messages” tub and add your email and phone number. It is absolutely free, but the crier standard charge is applicable.

If you want to print by FD300, it is located in each store. You may be able to print last or current pay stub data.
