How to Access Your Pay Stubs and W2 Forms via the Sequoia Prism HR Employee Web Portal?
As an employee of Sequoia, you can access your pay stubs through the Prism HR employee web portal. This portal allows you to view and download your pay stubs online conveniently. Sequoia One HR will also send your W-2 forms to the address they have on file. These W-2 forms will be mailed to you by the IRS deadline of January 31, 2024. To make it even more convenient, Sequoia will also post your W2s electronically on the Prism HR Employee Portal by the same deadline of January 31, 2024. This means you will have access to your W-2 forms through the mail and online, giving you flexibility in retrieving this vital document for tax purposes. You can effortlessly retrieve your financial documents online by following the straightforward steps below.
- Step 1: Log in to the Prism HR Employee Portal
To begin, visit the Sequoia website at one.sequoia.com and locate the “Log in” button in the upper right corner. Alternatively, you can directly access the portal by typing https://seqee.prismhr.com/seq/cmd/login into your web browser. This will take you to the login page.
- Step 2: Enter your Employee Credentials
Enter your assigned employee username and password in the respective fields. If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. Simply click on Forgot Username? and Forgot password? or reach out to Sequoia One HR for a password reset. In case you haven’t registered for an account yet, you will need to do so to obtain your login credentials.
- Step 3: Register and Retrieve Your Temporary Password.
Click the “Register” button and provide all the required information on the registration page. Once you’ve completed the registration process, you will get a temporary password in your email inbox. Use this temporary password to log in via the provided link. After logging in, change your password to something you’ll easily remember.
- Step 4: Access Your Pay Stubs.
After successfully logging in, your personalized dashboard will appear. On the left-hand navigation menu, click “Pay” and select “Pay History.” Your recent paychecks will be displayed, with the most recent one at the top. Click “View Paystub” for detailed information about a specific compensation. The pay stub view provides tabs for Earnings, Taxes Withheld, and Deductions. To obtain an official pay stub in PDF format, click the “View Check” button. Please allow a moment for the pay stub to generate.
- Step 5: Retrieve Your W-2 Form.
To access your W-2 form, navigate to the “Taxes” section in the left-hand menu and choose “W-2”. In the dropdown menu on the right, select the relevant tax year. Click on the “download” icon, then a PDF of your W-2 form will be downloaded to your computer. Please check your computer’s downloads folder if you don’t see the downloaded PDF in your window.
