However, they send a soft copy of the Pay Stub with detailed information to all employees associated with it each payday to the email address on file with the company. And all employees are usually paid through Direct Deposit or Money Network pay card. Don’t hesitate to contact the appropriate authority to avail Money Network Pay Card or for more details. On the other hand, for providing Wage and Tax Statements or W2s, Acumen Fiscal Agent allows employees to access the Paperless Employee Portal and receive electronic documents by themselves. Today in this article, I will describe the process of receiving W2s electronically by accessing the Paperless Employee Portal.
Access to the Paperless Employee Portal for your W2s
Go in to receive your Wage and Tax Statements or W2s online through the Paperless Employee Portal quickly and securely. As an existing user, you can directly access the portal by logging in with your User ID and Password. However, new users or employees must complete the registration process and create an account. Since login to the portal is not complicated, I am directly describing the registration process here.
- Open the browser of any computer or mobile device with a secure and reliable Internet connection and navigate to the Acumen Fiscal Agent Employee Access link (www.PaperlessEmployee.com/afa) on the Paperless Employee portal. Click the “Create Account” button under the “Create an Account” panel on the screen’s right side, provide the system’s required information, and complete the reCAPTCHA. Then click on the “Authenticate & Create Account” button, and in the next step, provide the account holder’s full name, create your Username and Password and click on the “Create Account” button. The requirements and instructions for creating the Username and Password are mentioned clearly on the right side of the option. Then, select any three from some pre-set security questions in the system according to your wish and save the answer. Finally, provide your contact information as primary and alternate email addresses, complete the code validation process, and provide your cell phone number as optional.
- Note: Add your state abbreviation in capital letters at the beginning while providing your Employee ID during the registration process on this portal.
- After completing the registration process, choose to receive your W2s online and save by selecting the delivery notification method. And if you choose the electronic delivery option in the settings, no hard copy will be sent to your home address. Once your document is ready, access the portal after getting the delivery notification and receive your electronic W2s from the “Year End Tax Statement” menu on the home page.
- The Paperless Employee Portal typically generates W2 statements by January 31st. From then on, you can view, download and reprint your document at no cost for the next 30 days. However, after 30 days, you must pay a $12 fee to obtain a copy of the W2 statement.
