How to Access TBC Corporation Pay Stubs & W2s Online?

Modern technology has replaced all forms of paper use so definitively that it is hard to imagine how things used to be done earlier using paper. Today’s evolution of digital counterparts is much more efficient than earlier paper-based processes, especially in almost all official or commercial workplaces. The main focus of our discussion is the company’s process of completing payroll and distributing Pay Stubs and W2s forms to employees. And the paperless method of modern technology is more effective in this regard. So almost all multinational companies are fast moving towards this digital process. Tire & Battery Corporation, or TBC Corporation for short, is the largest automotive replacement tire company in the American motor vehicle manufacturing industry, with more than 3,200 franchisees across North America, Latin America, and the Middle East. The company has been operating through a multi-channel strategy for nearly seven decades, maintaining quality, safety, and affordability. And TBC Corporation is also using the state-of-the-art ADP Employee Self-Service Portal to maintain the security and safety of the payroll process.

Pay Stubs and W2 Statements of all employees and officers working at TBC Corporation, as well as all employment-related personal information, are available on this ADP Employee Self-Service Portal. Everyone must be a registered ADP user to access it here. Let’s start with account creation in the ADP registration process.

  • Go to the ADP sign-in page link https://my.adp.com, click “Create Account,” and enter your ADP registration code in “I Have a Registration Code.” If TBC Corporation does not provide a registration code or if you do not receive a personal registration code via email from ADP, you can continue your registration or account creation process through the “Find Me” option. Then provide the personal information or identity info required for your profile in the ADP system in the verification process. This verification process can be done through code verification through your email or phone number or by answering some identity questions. Then to receive important notifications or messages from the system, verify your email address and phone number as your contact information in the code verification process and then save it in the system. Sometimes the verification code may be delayed or may not arrive at all. In this case, by clicking on “Request a New Code,” you can request the verification code again in the system. Finally, the “Create Account” step will load on the screen, and your User ID will also be displayed. Then create your ADP account password and accept the ADP terms and conditions.
  • Now pay attention to the message shown on the system screen. Once your account is activated, sign in from the sign-in page. The first time you sign in to the ADP portal, set up the “Go Paperless” and “Direct Deposit” options by accessing the “Pay” menu from the dashboard. Because it is essential to have your paycheck deposited directly into your bank account and receive Pay Stubs and W2 Statements electronically.
  • You will also find your Pay Stubs and W2 Statements in the “Pay” menu. After entering here, you will have your current pay stub in the display area. “View All Pay Statements” includes your other pay stubs, and “Tax Statements” includes your W2 Statements. After opening the Pay Stubs or W2 Statements, there is a “Download” button to download them as PDF files.
  • Don’t forget to sign out after checking your information and documents in the ADP portal.
